UPS Service Information – 2017 Updates

Additional Notes
Due to the extra handling required on the part of UPS and consequent potential delays in processing these shipments, UPS DOES NOT provide a money-back guarantee for them. Therefore UPS WILL NOT refund the shipping charges if shipments subject to either the Manual / Additional Handling Charge, Large Package Surcharge or Oversize Pallet Charge, are not delivered by the normally scheduled time.
All charges for additional and optional services are shown exclusive of taxes. Where applicable, VAT will be chargeable at the standard rate.
