Parcels2Freight was established over seven years ago by Roger, whose experience in international commerce had allowed him to identify the need for a freight provider that could supply a knowledgeable and reliable service, particularly for business that may have overseas operations but not the capability to maintain a full-time or in-house freight department.
Today, the company’s reputation is based on understanding customer requirements, and meeting these by only dealing in ‘deliverables’ – meaning no false promises or mis-sold services, just fair quotes, excellent customer support and clear information on potential difficulties in an increasingly complex and fraught market sector.
