The P2F Team
While each member of the Parcels2Freight team is fully qualified and aware of their particular roles and responsibilities, we’re not a needlessly hierarchical business.
Our directors and senior staff strive to ensure that no-one ever feels isolated and can always rely on the support and guidance of colleagues wherever possible.
This culture of approachability and co-operation encourages better knowledge sharing across the different departments of our business and results in us being able to provide a more cohesive, efficient and ‘joined-up’ service for our clients.

Drawing on many years of international commercial experience, Roger combines his day-to-day duties in the Parcels2Freight office with steering business development at a strategic level. Put simply, it’s his responsibility to do the right things at the right time to ensure our ongoing success. Outside of the office, football fan Roger follows local team, Ramsbottom United, with Parcels2Freight even providing matchday sponsorship for the occasional ‘glamour tie’.
Customer Services Manager
With over 15 years of industry experience, Louise takes care of quotes for new and existing customers that may fall outside the typical range of freight requirements. Her expertise is invaluable in achieving the same levels of dedicated service expected by P2F clients, regardless of the complexity of a job’s requirements. Louise’s unrivalled organisational skills and ‘can-do’ attitude are also of great benefit in her second job as unpaid taxi driver for her daughter.
Customer Services Assistant
Jordan is a dynamic member of P2F’s customer services team, taking care of everything from generating scan-able labels for packages, to updating clients with their scheduled delivery statuses. He also maintains detailed logs of previous shipments and any updates from carriers, so he can keep customers informed with accuracy and authority. A significant portion of his positive attitude could be due to the fact he is a Man Utd fan that is too young to remember when Liverpool were the better team.
Joanne’s role and responsibilities have grown in line with P2F’s commercial operations and she now co-ordinates the business’ accounting and administration department as well as helping ensure the internal office continues to run smoothly. An experienced financial administrator with a background in the freight industry, she acts as the point of contact for clients with enquiries relating to their accounts and invoicing.
